    Proof of 3X the rental amount in take home pay per month

       *this can be combined with other leaseholders (spouse, roommate, etc.)

    No prior evictions or judgements for anyone over 18 who would be a resident 

       *case by case if the eviction is paid off, depending on the situation

    Credit scores are a part of the screening process, however they are not a determining factor      for approval unless otherwise specified in the listing
